At startups it’s often necessary to wear many hats. At Minute 93 I was a co-founder and investor, and also Head of Experience. I drew on different parts of my background, including my time as Manager of Information Architecture at REI.

The goal of wireframe drawing like this is to work through envisioned interactions before committing development or design resources to the project. By wireframing we could identify and resolve issues while providing a guide for our head developer as he built back end functionality.

These wireframes mapped the flow and functionality of the mobile app customers would use to place and track orders with us.
